Our return policy is simple! If you are not satisfied with any of our products, simply return the product UNUSED (in new/original condition) within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund of the item price. Let's be honest, we can't tell if it's used or unused unless it's clearly obvious so generally if it's still in good enough condition to be resold then we will be happy to accept your return. Otherwise don't hesitate to ask us, we are here to help and can always try to work something out.

If you ship a product back using your own method of shipping, you will not be refunded for your return shipping cost
- The 30-day period is NOT a trial period. Cases, batteries and other accessories returned with any signs of use and/or wear and tear will not be credited or be subject to a 20% used goods/restocking fee (based solely on our inspection of the product).
- All orders shipped with a shipping method other than Free Shipping will be refunded the total order minus the original shipping cost so use the free shipping, it's better for you and for us.
- Restocking fees (20%) will be applied to ANY product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories or manuals. We know that your packaging can get slightly damaged when you received it so we will be pretty lenient in most cases but if the packaging is totally destroyed, then we unfortunately can't resell it.
- Any product returned past the 30 day return policy will either not be accepted for return or be subject to a 20% late fee. We want to keep you happy so make sure that as soon as you know you don't want it, contact us and return it as soon as you can.
- Please do not write and/or tape on original packaging and/or product.

- Please note if case is returned without included accessories such as screen protectors, bags/pouches, screen protectors, micro-fiber cloths, stylus, etc, customer will then be charged original price value for those items or 30% of the original price.

- Product has marks or obvious starches on it caused by use and not delivery.
WHAT IF YOUR PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY?
- If upon opening your packaging you immediately recognize damages, it is your responsibility to contact us within 5 business days of receipt for us to honor our return policy and return or exchange a new product for you.
- We will base record of receipt based on standard delivery estimates from the date your product was shipped.
- LolliMobile.com will pay the shipping, handling, and return shipping costs if the return is a result of our shipping error.

Returns and Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the item. Please contact us as soon as possible to resolve any return issue as this is a time sensitive matter.
Refunds are only accepted for defective items, or due to an error on our part. We will honor the return of a defective item within 30 days of the order date. Returns that are due to customer error, or buyer’s remorse are subject to a 20% restocking fee. In these cases the shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. Note: Refunds and exchanges will only be processed within 30 days of your purchase. Orders will NOT be processed with out an RMA number.
Please inspect product immediately upon receipt and notify us of any damage, defect or shortage within 2 business days of delivery. Please be advised that the customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for any/all returned items. The only exception is if the item is defective upon delivery and we hear from the customer--via email--within 5 business days of delivery. LolliMobile.com will pay the shipping, handling, and return shipping costs if the return is a result of our shipping error.
FACTORY ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT WARRANTY
(OEM, Original Equipment Manufacturer)
For returns of OEM products, they MUST
be in original packaging with ALL contents (as it arrived to you) without the packaging being opened. If you feel that you must open the packaging, please note that we can no longer accept return for full credit. Amount of refund will vary depending on the condition of the return solely on our inspection of the product.
This is to ensure the quality for all original products for our customers for every retail item we provide. Any defective or missing contents from retail original packaging MUST be claimed directly from the manufacturer. We cannot replace or exchange original equipment in retail packages due to defect.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SCREEN PROTECTORS, and STICKERS in USED CONDITION. However we will replace an item if it has been shown to been defective.
To start your return, simply email us at shop@LolliMobilecom with the subject line [ RMA Request (your order #)] so we can ensure proper processing of your return or exchange. We will issue you a RMA number to be return with your merchandise once we received and reviewed your RMA form. Your RMA number must appear on your return package label or clearly on the outside of the box/package.
Please note that you must obtain an RMA number for both defective returns and/or non-defective returns. After you obtain the RMA number, package the product(s) up and include a copy of your invoice and a note stating the reason for the return. Ship the product(s) to be returned using a trackable means (Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, etc) to the below address.
Please allow up to seven (7) business days after we have received your return for your refund to be processed.
If a returned item has been discontinued, or is no longer in stock, LolliMobile.com will send a similar replacement at its discretion.
