The Guarantee is good for a 30-day period from the date you receive the products. The Guarantee covers defects in materials or workmanship. The Guarantee does NOT cover normal wear and tear or damage due to mishandling. Products covered by this Guarantee will be repaired or replaced.

To use the Guarantee program, contact customer service through email at with your order number & details in defects. You will be issued a return or exchange number if you are still within the return period. Please send your products prepaid, along with your receipt, RMA No. and RMA form to the address on the RMA form.

If a carrier damaged your product you should make the appropriate claim with that carrier, as soon as is possible. If your product was damaged through normal wear and tear, or is outside the Guarantee period, we will not be able to return, exchange or refund. 

Please note that we offer return shipping if you choose not to keep your product. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting customer support at within 30days from the purchase date. We will send to you by email a Pre-Paid Shipping label which you may use with the original shipping packaging to return the product to us which we will deduct from the refund total. Our prepaid shipping is a discounted shipping rate which we charge a flat rate of $2.00 per return shipping label. If you ship a product back using your own method of shipping, you will not be refunded for your return shipping cost.

Important Notice: 

  • Free shipping shipping excludes international orders with international shipping. 
  • can refund a maximum of $2.00 of the return shipping cost for any international returns. 
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages so please use a shipping method that provides tracking (we suggest USPS First Class as the lowest cost solution)
  • Amazon orders orders may request a Pre-Paid shipping label to be emailed to you if you contact us at with the subject line RMA Request and your order number. (Amazon does not allow us to attached pre-paid shipping labels to Amazon communications)
  • For exchanges, we will ship out the replacement product first and you are then required to ship back the return item with in 20 Days of receipt. If you item is not received within 20 Days, we reserve the right to charge your credit card or bill you for the cost of the new item until your product is received which we will then consider for refund if it is still within the 30-Day period.
